Before their stay

Help us get
to know your pet.

A little preparation helps us plan their care. When you enquire, tell us about their routine and anything they may need while you’re away.

  1. Share their usual routine

Tell us their species, age, diet, feeding times, behaviour and handling preferences. Include any relevant health history.

  2. Plan their food and housing

Ask what food, bedding and familiar items to bring. If using your own cage, confirm its suitability. Discuss temperature, lighting and enclosure needs for reptiles.

  3. Arrange medication in advance

Let us know about medication or additional care requirements before booking. Bring agreed medication in its labelled packaging, with clear instructions.

  4. Confirm the practical details

Agree on arrival and collection arrangements. Leave your contact details, an emergency contact and instructions for reaching you while you’re away.
